Lonzo Ball said he still can't run or jump and even has pain in his knee climbing the stairs

they must of removed the cartilage, hes probably headed towards microfracture knee surgery

I don't think they like to do microfracture for NBA players anymore... not as effective as you think and really shortens the career. It's very hard to imagine Lonzo coming back and playing in any meaningful capacity if he can't even run or jump in practice

microfracture surgery is the last option, they're hoping to avoid it

Either send this nikka to Germany or call it a career. Microfracture surgery is a death sentance. The only dude to ever come back from that was Amare Stoudemire who was one of the athletic freaks in league history…and even he started to break down needing surgery after surgery until it was over for him too.
