2011 census:

2001 census had 88,378 Nigerian-born residents (doesn't account for those were born in the UK, whom I'd argue outnumber those born in Nigeria) and 181,000 is the 2013 ONS estimate of Nigerian-born residents.

2011 census has 160,095 Jamaican-born residents of the UK (also doesn't account for those born in the UK, 2007 Jamaican High Commission estimate of population of Jamaican origin: 800,000).

My assumption would be Ghanaians are probably the 3rd largest group.
