I always stated the obvious- Rigo's disadvantages (age, activity, weight), Loma's advantages and that although I expect Loma to win, as he was favored to, my heart was rooting for Rigo because pulling off the upset would be been more memorable and meaningful than Loma winning, since he was expected to.
What I'm realizing about you is you only pick the boxers you LIKE to win. You're a fan of certain guys and you ride with them and the boxers you don't like you don't pick to win fights. I on the other hand am more of a fan of the sport itself, so I'm capable of liking two guys subjectively but objectively picking a winner.
