msohh.com, you infringed upon the SOHH trademark and brand equity. Additionally, though you state your intentions are benign, this psuedo - SOHH domain name could maliciously be used for spoofing or phishing.
As a software consultant who also works with corporations, I would expect that you'd understand the serious implications of your actions as well as the considerations of our corporation as it pertains to protecting our brand, intellectual property and data.
We request that you immediately cease and desist any further development of
msohh.com, usage of the URL "
msohh.com" or usage of the name "SOHH Mobile," "Projectcovo", our marks or other derivations thereof. Additionally, we request that you immediately cease and desist any further promotion or distribution of links to the same on SOHH.com, projectcovo.com or any other online or offline medium and that you immediately remove all internet access to msohh.com.
A failure to do so within 5 business days will result in further legal action.
