That's a damn shame.
In most major cities, the NFL could care less about the hardcore/regular fan....with the sports increase in pop culture, ticket prices can increase and the casual fan will gladly pay outrageous fees to go.
The regular fan can either make the sacrifice or not at all. Stadium will still be sold out.

I paid 20 last year on thanksgiving to go to the cowboys game and I was a five minute walk from the stadium
