RG3 ran a faster 40 and Vick's arm is a big reason why he was graded so low (along with his mentality). Its not that strong.

Nope, it was maturity. All maturity and work ethic and they were right. Even Beamer threw him under the bus with scouts. His arm strength was just fine. Even the Miami Dolphins said his arm strength was great.
