Nobody denied Floyd signing the contract back in 09. Dan Rafael mistakingly reported Manny agreed to the terms but Manny came out and said he didn't sign it because he was scared of random drug testing .
You can pretend you weren't on sohh defending Manny not taking random tests if you want but we know the deal

What cant Manny demand?? And how does Bob Arum stand in the way of Manny making a demand to Floyd?? What you're saying doesn't make sense.. Bob Arum isnt the reason Pac isnt in a position to make demands... his last two losses are the reason not Bob Arum.. When Pac was in a position to make demands back in 2011 Floyd was still refusing to work with Top Rank..
If Bob Arum died 2 years ago we would still be in the exact same position were in right now except Todd Debuf we be the goto excuse for the fight not happening instead of Bob... and floyd would still be unwilling to split up the back end revenue at a reasobable split...

exactly it really truly blows my mind there has been numerous posts discussing the financials of these fighters... @Champ_KW don king ass posts using phrases like "nationalistic rooting interests"
to justify the biggest fight in boxing not happening and to justify floyd's other opponents is some of the stupidest shyt ive read in a min in The Ring...news flash floyd stans esp the one who focus on the financials..manny pacquiao vs floyd mayweather is the biggest fight in boxing that can be made on all levels, including financially...PERIOD!!!!! no other fight comes close especially not no damn floyd vs amir khan fight
