my family is full of alphas and they tell me everyday that i shouldve pleged but im extremely happy with the life i lived in college. and i can comfortably can say i had more fun.

Honestly I don't know much about fraternities either. People say that one of the many benefits of joining a fraternity are the parties. But what's so special about a fraternity party that you couldn't otherwise experience in a regular college party?

Also has anyone tried making their own social club in college without the homo-erotic initiations? When I go back to school I plan on making a sort of 'travel club' where members of the club fly to other countries (i.e.: Brazil, Dominican Republic, etc.) during school vacations.

Have you ever considered that your friends are just weak and that birds of a feather flock together, or that their chapter is just very small or not well connected, and that you can't extrapolate the data from your very very very very very very very small social group on to millions of people??

my point is: just like in any group you get out of it what you put in. i dont know your friends...but who's to say what kind of brothers they are...just becuz we're frat bruhs doesnt mean i have to like you or go out of my way to help you...theres a lot of cats who get in for the broads and colors...

Oh trust, I know a lot of Masons are Greek. I don't want to touch on rituals or things like that over the internet though. I find myself seeing a lot of Masons copying frat traditions/customs/culture (not speaking on rituals)
