I haven't read through the whole thread but its a crime if they didn't have RZA make the beat.
on a separate note, I randomly decided to listen to 8 Diagrams and A Better Tomorrow the last few days and both those albums are dope as hell to me. RZA's production was seriously slept on on both joints.

It's a mixture of people unreasonably expecting them to produce something as good as the shyt they dropped in the mid 90s and groupthink. Both those albums are good, especially 8 Diagrams.

I thought the track was dope. I cant complain about a track with the whole clan on it that doesn't sound like some shyt Rza forced together but nobody who recorded it felt it.
And I think Rza and Meth were toe to toe for best verses. Followed by Rae. Shocked that Gza didn't really blaze it like I was expecting.
And I know next to nothing about Logic. First verse I ever heard from dude was that freestyle somebody posted of him rhyming in a parking lot. Never heard one verse or song from that dude prior to that and this is only my second time hearing him. He sounded alright. Nothing special, but didnt embarrass himself.
Track shoulda ended with a Popa Wu jewel to make the cypher complete
