I have the feeling that a long time ago there were two warriors/brothers/conquered friends who died competing with each other and never found out who the best was and since then their spirit has been passing through different sets of people in an attempt to finally bring the great rivalry to a close. In modern times the combative spirits work through people who are famous in order to showcase the rivalry on the grand stage. Rivalries like Ali and Frazier, Pac and Biggie, Saq and Kobe, Jones Cormier. These two opposing entities incarnate themselves within two men choosing by circumstance or even destiny to meet and are constantly trying to settle the score as a definitive answer to who he better one truly is has never come about. Just take the thrills in minions between Ali and Frazier. Some people actually believed that Frazier would have won that fight had his corner not thrown in the towel after seeing Ali collapse standing up after it was announced that Joe's corner had forfeited.
