Do yall have a preference? Are they about the same. Cleveland has two main stations. The espn affiliate sucks but the cbs affiliate is piff. Adam the bull and dustin fox on 92-3 the fan is entertaining as hell. The bsk kendall lewis just flat out knows his shyt. I like some national guys but mainly listen to jim rome. And I dont listen to him as much cause he toned his shyt down a lot over the years. Sometimes I like to listen to other markets teams to see how my team is viewed in their eyes or if other fans complain about their teams as we do ours. Whats the stations like in your markets? Good? Bad? Smart callers or dumbasses? Or do you prefer national talk. If good recommend it to me.

I'm in NY and there's nothing better than the father of all sports talk radio, WFAN. I check ESPN (TV and radio) for a national perspective though. Don't wanna be isolated.

I dug the local folks when I lived in the bay, but in Seattle they're idiots especially the ESPN affiliates.

Now it's just the DP podcast for me and maybe the Sports Guy if he has someone interesting on and I can tolerate his voice.

The reality is that they're both fukking terrible--but would I rather listen to terrible radio about a bunch of shyt I don't care about (Patriots, "hot sports stories", LeBron) or about the local teams that I follow. I'll go local every time.

One thing I cant stand is when a hosts act like their God. Even if you have a good arguement some will hang up on you if they disagree with you. Also host that dont.take calls because theyre too busy trying to be a star. Disgusting.

I never really cared for the sports talk scene in NY when I lived there. I remember when FAN first hit the airwaves in 1987, and I was like :ahh:. But as I got older it had me like :rudy:. Then I moved to NC, and then I heard the local sports talk, which is basically a pissing contest between UNC, State and dook fans. I started listening to WFAN more after I left than when I was still up there. I don't really care for ESPN's daily stuff other than my nikka Freddie Coleman. I gets down with their weekend stuff too when I'm running around in my car.

It's all shyt imo.I got XM in the car and their channels really aren't any more as entertaining as local radio here in atlanta.
Its good to have when you go on road trips. But Maddog,ESPNradio, ect. that say they are"big boy radio"(lmao). Are just as
much wack jobs as the local guys.
