Doing everything Luck should be doing. Not his fault that he's been injured, but it's exactly how Peyton has stayed injury free for the most part of his career.
Indy just needs to merge the Luck and Hasselbeck versions of the offense together.
Put Luck back in when he healthy and get him throwing some of these quicker passes.

Colts brehs. Indy to fire Pagano, Manusky and Pep hamilton during the bye week. Make the strength and conditioning coach the interim head coach who gives a damn. They also need to take Griff Whalen. Probably need to toss Grigson too.
There's no way Indy should have lost to the Saints. I love Brees (cause of Purdue) but he is washed and they are not very good. Outside of one nice drive to start the second half, and 3 clutch throws we literally handed the Saints all their points. Indy came out unprepared and flat for no reason just like they have in the past against inferior teams like the Cards (a few years ago), Rams (same year). These guys cannot coach. They are capable of putting together good gameplans (vs 49ers, vs Denver BOTH games, etc) , but way way too often they get blown out by equal/better teams or upset by worse squads. If it weren't for Luck I guarantee at least Pagano would've been gone by now.
fukk :clappagano:. You're certainly aren't an Xs and Os coach. You're supposed to be this rah rah feel good motivator. So why's the team always coming out flat and uninspired. If dude wrote a book on motivation I sure as fukk wouldn't buy it.
Manusky. I get that you are probably being hamstringed by the lack of talent we have at certain positions but fukk out of here. Indy is going to end up investing most of it's $$$ on the offensive end, so we need a D coordinator who can make things happen w/o having allpros everywhere. It's been years and you still haven't found a pass rush.
Pep Hamilton. I don't trust you to get Luck out of the funk he's been in. Your gameplans are ass, your playcalling is ass, and your ability to adjust to your personnel and what the other teams are doing is...ASS.
It was already a bad karma to have the press leaking reports about Pagano basically being a lame duck coach before the season, but now these dudes are just distractions on top of being poor coaches. We have reports leaking of Grigson and Irsay arguing in the office. I hope Irsay blacks out on xanax and fires the entire staff.
I'm still Confident in the Colts' roster. It's a flawed roster, has some glaring weaknesses but all teams do. We def have enough to be better than 3-4 and do what we were supposed to do this season. But not with this coaching staff. Give a talented coach this roster and Indy is 5-2 or better right now. Bills are not very good. Saints are not very good. Indy had a shot vs NE and NYJ despite playing horribly during parts of those games.
The other day someone showed me a list of people Indy interviewed for the coaching job last time. It was people like Brad Childress, Pagano and other garbage. It's sad that we've let two coaches slip through our hands (Harbaugh and Arians) and I'm not sure Irsay/Grigson are smart enough to find a good replacement. But Indy gotta roll the dice and try some other people.

I dont know why I got a feelin they gonna win the next 2. Its weird. I actually hooe Im wrong. I want losses. No more half measures like going 11-5 and getting smoked in January.
For some reason I feel the same way.
Another bad thing is 6/10 might win the afc south..
