He was Suicide for damn near 3 yearsI always had the impression TJP never lasted long in any promotion for some reason, so it doesn't surprise me.

If this report is true - I struggle to see the logic in why anyone would be upset about it.
Motherfukkers can't be out here getting worked by Megaman.
"From now on you're getting billed as hailing from 'The Streets Of Rage'"
Fans will get tired of repetitive matches and light to no storylines, and they'll say "WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE RAW CRUISERWEIGHTS are now going to be SHOWCASED ON THEIR RIGHTFUL HOME....NXT ON THE WWE NETWORK!!!"How long until the WWE gives up on the cruiserweights? I give it 2 years
Exactly. It's not being said to make backstage pity him or think he's had it harder than anyone else, it's being said to get fans sympathetic and on his side. He's a clean cut baby face, there's absolutely nothing wrong with what he said.Him saying that isn't to motivate other wrestlers that are already successful. It's for the fans
He said it on CWC as well in his post title win interview. That one may have been a bit less scripted.think of it this way. TJP mentioned being homeless on RAW. On RAW, damn near everything is scripted. There's very little adlibbing. If it's on TV its because creative wanted it to be there.
Considering WWE's history of pettiness, it's not surprising. So in this thread everyone has chosen to believe what Meltzer says?
"From the streets of Los Angeles' Skid Row....TJ Perkins!!!!"
Badstreet LA
Seems like itsounds like it comes from the wrestlers rather than officials/agents/management
