There are lots of Single Family Homes (houses, row houses, greystones, brownstones etc.) in Chicago...not as many downtown obviously and most atheletes, celebs, etc. prefer condo living. Those houses are usually old blue haired white ladies that live in them.

Lots of ppl rent houses too...I'm not defending Soulja's financial status, just saying that that's lots of ppl that rent homes including Celebs, athletes.
