I got into some health shyt a few years back that caused me to gain some weight. I've lost 15lbs of that and I haven't jogged an inch. I don't drink soda/juice that often and don't eat all the carbs. Low carb diet and you'll lose weight. The only part about dieting for most folks is they don't have the discipline to sustain it.
Just to clarify I wasn't trying to say a low carb is the only way to go but low carb diets do work. And they can work well done right, they're just not really sustainable and keeping the weight off is another issueThat's not quite it breh.

Actually it's 100% diet for weight loss. You won't lose weight if you don't EAT LESS food. Now FAT loss( not weight) is entirely different and that's where weight training comes into play, that's how you perserve muscle while u diet. In a nutshell you wont loss weight if you don't DECREASE your food intake/calories. All the jogging and weights won't make up for a bad diet.That's not quite it breh.

Eliminating all those liquid calories is one of the most simple ways to lose weight and stay lean. We as Americans "drink" so many of our calories. I don't drink alcohol but I drink soda and juice. OP is actually right. Same thing is true with women. It wasn't until j lost weight and started attracting waaaaayyyyy more men on a better level that I finally got it.
