Drake got pissed on, but Pac wasn’t nothin but an all Black Drake? Pusha T, a nikka comin off the bench, shytted on dude while Pac went off on anyone involved or supportive of the people that tried to take him out the game and slander him. Drake got other rappers working with him just to use him, Pac had real live street legends like C-Murder, P, Soulja Slim, and countless others revere him and they never even worked with him like the other legends that did and do co sign him.

Man fukk this dweeb ass weirdo generation. Y’all some shyt.... :russ:

Breh this site gets worse every year. For clowns to compare Drake to Pac in any sense, let's me know the state of this site and hip-hop. 80% of this thread is weirdo gossip that has no basis to it. Pac really ran up on people before death row and bust his gun at crooked cops but he is a fraud? The man was emotional and sensitive but a fraud is not accurate at all, he really stood for what he believed in.

Pac explained in one of his greatest speeches why he made the change and having worked within the conscious community myself it made a lot of sense and I’ve seen it happen before. Pac just so happened to be an entertainer so it was magnified.

Listen to everything he says in this speech. He’s basically giving you the psychology behind his embrace of thuggin. Death Row wasn’t nothin but a get out of jail card.

Another thing people always love to gloss over about the Death Row era is that dude had smut thrown on his name while in prison by the same nikkaz that acted like they ain’t know shyt. No battery was needed, he was done so wrong that whether it was Death Row or Def Jam he was gon come with the same smoke.

i see what you're sayin and im not one of the guys in this thread discrediting his gangster, i fuk with pac but he still did unessery things he didnt really have to do

Can you tell me more about the no limit shyt?

Not much to tell, guys like Master P and C-Murder looked up to Pac and those two are very much wild ass street nikkaz.

The commonality that made Pac respected was that he was a stand up man’s man cut in the image of a modern Black man from an impoverished background. It wasn’t the guns or the fights that made broads want a “Tupac in a business suit” it was the conviction he had, the courage to stand up to challenges, the wherewithal to know that intelligence is important. Pac represented a possible best case scenario for many young Black men who had no hope.

I can safely say too, that with my own eyes, I’ve met many brothas that used Pac as a template to make it through school and get a career. And the main thing they drew on was being stand up individuals that leaned on their principles and morals. That’s why Pac is so looked up to and respected by real live street nikkaz.

I get that, but he was a young too. If he was 30+ doing this kinda stuff you’d have more of an argument. But the potential PTSD, the need for more individual growth, the environment which made it easy for him to make bad decisions. Fr peep that speech, the part about people in the movement leaving people like him and his mom behind is both powerful and a real clue into why he adopted and embraced thug life.

I’m glad that he didn’t do worse tbh.

Yo. The site is filled with straight up suckas. And it gets worse every year.
The fact that the biggest rapper in the world right now is a suburban square from Canada that probably never spent one night sleeping in the slums is this generations hero shows you why the poll to this thread looks the way it does. Same folk celebrate Tekashi coming home. The youth are softer than ever :coffee:

Yeah, the contradictions were very real. I respect that he owned it rather than fake like he a role model. I could’ve grown out of that, but I think he was in too deep and knew it so why bother?

This was his highschool interview that showed he wasn't on the shyt he created an image around as a rapper.

Even jada didn't want him back then cause he was too square for her. While she was selling drugs after school, he was delivering pizza. I remember some interview where a gay dude in his drama class was talking about how compassionate & non judgemental he was.

Fast forward to the 90s, they both in LA now he's the gangsta and she's the Actress.

what Jada HATED what he became. By the time of his murder they hadn't talked for YEARS because of the THUG LIFE bullshyt.

He’s not wrong. Men love that image he portrayed more than women. “He’s a real man :noah: ,not like this soft fakkit generation of men:noah:” - a grown ass man who claims he’s straight

A lot of down low gay posters on the coli. Probably the super homophobic ones that have sugar in the tank. Pac might have been gay, he did take the one pic in the bathtub and it was photographed by a gay photographer:yeshrug:

So you think LA was the sole reason why Pac was a wild nikka? That completely ignores the person he was prior to Death Row.

naw.. I think he grew into it once he move to the Bay Area

But I do think after getting shot in New York and being in jail , he just loss all sense of reality of thinking before doing
