She did not give him permission to do anything but to take her daughter downstairs to eat. Polight took the girl’s phone and didn’t answer his phone despite the mother calling over 50 times. He basically kidnapped the girl.
If he kidnapped her,im not sure how the hell he only got 7 years. In guessing because he is paying? Cant pay while hes in jail I guess. But that sounds like a very light sentence.
