The first hearing and the last hearing are scheduled for primetime nights, they are probably saving the worst of it for that last hearing. The middle hearings might just be to keep people riled up, put pressure for garland to prosecute, and educate those in the middle who can be swayed

Trump tested or attempted multiple ways to overturn the election, but was unsuccessful because he was too p*ssy, his team was too incompetent and because state officials resisted him.

1)Wanted to install an acting AG who would declare that there was voter fraud in an effort to stop the certification of the election. DOJ top officials threatened to resign and Trump backed down.

2)Discussed with Mike Flynn and the other crazies implementing martial law and having the military seize machines. He probably thought that was too crazy for even him to do.

3)Pressured Georgia state officials to "find votes" to declare him the winner and had a team ready to sign fake electoral vote sheets declaring Trump the winner of the state.

4)Urged state legislators in key states Biden won to decertify electors votes for Biden.

5)A federal judge ruled in court that Trump and his attorney's laid out plan for Pence to reject the certification of Biden's win likely broke federal law and that "it was a coup in search of a legal theory." The judge also said "If the plan had worked , it would have permanently ended the peaceful transition of power, undermining American democracy and the Constitution."
