Like, ok you said that you didn't run your twitter account. Did you attempt to find the person who had liked the tweet. If so, did you terminate them for it? She'd probably say something like I don't know who did it. I'd then say well what would you think of a staffer who liked advocating violence against the Speaker? Would you think they should be terminated? If not, why? And why wouldn't you attempt to find someone who would do that on your behalf? Will you now attempt to find and terminate that person?
Also, I'd try to steer her into saying that she believes Biden has dementia, as is a key MAGA talking point. I'd say well one of the symptoms of dementia is continuous memory loss. You're quite a bit younger than Mr. Biden, and yet are having such difficulty remembering things that happened within the past two years. According to your logic, do you think you may be suffering from dementia?
