Sick of all these hipsters

two tracks later

Hipster by heart but I can tell you how these street feel, first and last person in the world to call himself a hipster :ahh:

Classic mixtape, we need more artists with their own special style coming out that's the type of shyt that stays in rotation for years.

Tremendous mixtape, hit the city hard definitive classic this is album quality. Rocky came at a time the city needed a voice dude had that flow and charisma.

Nikkas front, name 10 tapes better foh and don't reach :comeon:

Rocky's debut was actually very good, 4 Mics to me up there with Nothing Was The Same as best album of that year.

There is no mixtape as good as Live.Love.ASAP or even close.

They shouldn't even call this a mixtapes considering it's 100% original beats.

got this shyt on right now...Rock fell the fukk off. How do you go from this to whatever the fukk bullshyt he's doing now :mjcry:

:what:

You're acting like modern hip hop is trying to hear some bold, left-field shyt and we're not in an unprecedented era of clones.

I remember when idiots weren't even giving this music a chance because "it Southern", "he hipster" and "he fakkit". :mjlol:

His shyt was simply too strange for the average hip hop listener, even long-time listeners. Rocky watered his shyt down to make it palatable to rap followers. That's the state of the game.

Wassup, Peso, Trilla & Demons :banderas:

Demons and Wassup are some of the best hip hop beats I've ever heard.

I'll say the same thing I say in all of them, Trilla is the most underrated joint on this project. Rocky fukking floated on that shyt :ohlawd:

Trilla is arguably the best Southern-sounding song Rocky ever made next to Pretty Flacko

Been eating breh

How long till you realize that SirBiatch is right about Live.Love.ASAP?

Played it yesterday. Classic, no doubt. Rocky needs to bring the novelty back

Considering that Clams Casino is borderline inactive and hasn't made a good beat since Live.Love.ASAP (with a few exceptions), that's not gonna happen.

did you hear Peso before Live.Love.ASAP came out?

I can't remember. I remember having a phone i couldn't do shyt with but put music on and havin Peso, Wassup, and the original Purple Swag in rotation. And I think brand new guy. Eventually got the albumhad Get Lit, Palace, Houston Old Head, Kissin Pink and Out of this World. Only recently started really listening to the 12-15 cause I couldn't get past the songs i liked to pay them attention.

:pachaha:, I wasn't thinkin about bone thugs with his flow on Palace. When he hit nikkas with the flow "gimmethetitlethen gimmethecash! foldithenbagithen movetothetrap! followmystash! stealinmyswag! nikkasiswicketywicketywack/like kriss-kross her lip-gloss, slip-ons get slipped-off, my bytch boss..." I was like :wtf:
