Exactly.. I'm wondering at some point, was there anybody in their camp that stopped and said to themselves, "Are we doing too much?" Was there a spec of self awareness at anytime during this process? Legendary Brand, $200K chain, Jersey retirement, "these teams can't draft my son", etc. and they never had one bit of leverage whatsoever. And look at how the NFL is set up. They don't even need Shedeur Sanders if we're going to keep it a buck. They're still going to have the eyeballs and just like here on The Coli, its all about those rating, ratings, and more ratings. Nobody shouldn't even be upset in here screaming "collusion" and sh*t because five months from now, Shedeur or no Shedeur, its football time/NFL is king/you see those ratings, bow down!

Sensitive people acting like it's the "whole NFL" when there's only been 4 teams besides the #1 pick that drafted a QB in the higher rounds.
And only 2 for potential starting job, so the rest of the cats now are behind rather young and solid starters.
It could just be that people are shocked that NYG didn't select him and they had already aimed in for their backup guys like Milroe and Gabriel.
Like people been saying, being an employee is much more than having technical skills. Being a shytty person, not having experience in your dad designing everything for your stats your whole life, thinking that you are too nice for combine when you ain't starter quality, blaming your teammates for your losses, perhaps not being with the idea that you will compete for #2 or #3 spot etc. might rub the only 2 or 3 guys that are looking for a starting QB the wrong way.
When there's so few people offering you a job, you need luck too. It might be the difference between 1st round and 6th.
