The Bears should be the only A+ and the Falcons are not an F; they should at worst be a B and probably even an A because Penix should work out for them.

Williams by himself would have been an A for the Bears, but when they got Rome Odunze, who is arguably the best wide receiver in the draft then you can make a legit argument that the Bears got the best quarterback and best wide receiver in the draft. I like Penix and Harrison a lot too, but Williams and Odunze are their equals.
Odunze is not MHJ equal. Dafukk??

He's a good prospect but he's more close to the second tier WRs than first (MHJ, Nabers). He doesn't play as fast as his 40 time and people underrate the dimes Penix was throwing to them WRs. I think Polk has a good shot to end being as good as Odunze, IMO.

This is crazy, I've never heard odunze mentioned as arguably the best receiver in this draft until yesterday

MHJ, Nabers and Thomas were all clearly graded over him throughout the entire college season and draft scouting process
Thomas has not been graded over him at all during the draft scouting process lol. Odunze has been grouped with MHJ/Nabers for months now. Some had him over Nabers.

I agree with this.

Going further, if the Bears insisted on going WR, they should've traded down and got Thomas in the middle of 1st round. He fits their WR room perfectly and actually takes the top off the defense, something I don't think Odunze can consistently do. I think the Bears will end up regretting this one

By the end of evaluation period, MHJ and Nabers were a cut above Odunze. If the Bears pass him at 9, I don't think teams would've been jumping to draft him. He probably goes middle of 1st round

I'm not a fan of Penix. He's meh. People not talking about that part enough, like I honestly don't think he's that good. Everyone is focused on them having Kirk

And Detroit and philly get those grades bc handing a top 10 talent to a contender, at a position of weakness, swings the balance of power immensely. Ie Kyle Hamilton falling to Bmore, cowboys getting trevon diggs in Rd 2, etc. The difference between them having Mitchell/Arnold vs what they had is enough to dictate the NFC championship it's that major. They weren't supposed to get dudes this good

I must not be tapped in

Thomas led college in TDs and has a better physical profile, I saw guys on TV saying Jayden should be thanking him for the heisman :yeshrug:

Marv is elite...look no further than the semifinal against UGA...he made future pros look like children
Dude is legit 6'3+ and moves likes he's 5'11 through the entire route tree. It's comical to watch people contort themselves into a pretzel rationalizing why this guy isn't a future STAR.

This is wrong. I've literally seen NO ONE have BT over Odunze. Oduzne has firmly been #3 for quite some time

Also Mel kiper has had Odunze #2 over Nabors

What do you think about Daniels then if Penix is just meh to you

Does Washington achieve the same success if they switch roles? Does LSU become worse?

yeah, I dont think you two were following the draft process very closely then. Its been a clear "top 3" for months now. It was not a certainty that Odunze would fall to #9. Nearly all mocks had him off the board top 10.

Odunze was regarded high enough as a prospect to be considered the top WR for a different draft classes. Its a historically strong WR class, and a lot of that has to do with there being 3 WRs considered top flight prospects.

Odunze was considered a round 1 talent before this past CFB season too

Ondunze was a 1st team all American and a finalist for the Bilentkoff award. The kid had over 90 catches and 1,600 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns. Do y'all dudes even watch college football?

Daniels could be the best QB in the draft my commanders are up :ahh:

I see Daniels as being more dynamic --as a passer---on top of the obviously athleticism edge which is huge.

I see Penix as a dime o dozen pocket passer who's successful in college. Hendon hooker vibes.

People gotta really think , think of all the QBs in the league who can run your offense, make most of all the throws, yet still it's :unimpressed: Nggas can't even agree Kirk cousins or Dak Prescott arr quality QBs, but will get excited for Michael Penix. He's a 40 degree day. Don't nobody get excited for 40
