Nah Bioavailable as in its Nutrients it provides (Vitamins and Minerals) are not easily absorbable for us. The nature of its chemical compounds are hard for humans to break down and get its nutrients

Like for instance. A Carrot has Vitamin A. But the form of Vitamin A it has (Beta Carotene) is very hard for us to absorb. But eating Liver, which is high in Vitamin A, has a way more absorbable form of Vitamin A (Retinol)

When I woke up, I remembered everything in the dream, how she looked and her name. It was so detailed that I jumped online because I was sure that this was a real woman. Like, this is someone I've seen before somewhere and it was in the back of my mind. I searched and searched the name but she doesn't even exist. That was the only time I've ever had a dream like that.
