Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintains a safe work environment, improve safety systems and eliminate the causes of accidents, and hold everyone accountable for their role in safety.

- Manages Production Supervisors and/or salary technical support staff.
- Interfaces with Production Planning, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, Cost Accounting, and IT departments.

- Schedules, prioritizes, and controls all production activities to maintain high quality and efficiencies.

- Assists with all product specifications and packaging requests.
- Assists in planning and scheduling of production machines in operation.

Job Description:Supervise and provide work direction for 8-12 hourly union maintenance employees of mechanical and electrical equipment. Ensure compliance of Quality Standard Operating and Maintenance Procedures, and manage the safety program for maintenance personnel. Conduct daily safety meetings, observations and audits. Perform and assist in troubleshooting of equipment failure to determine root causes.

Job Description:
iSupervise and provide work direction for bargaining unit employees. Schedule and assign work. Handle safety contacts, observations, and meetings.
iCoordinate the operation, maintenance, testing, installation and metering of all plant electrical systems. Responsible for all AC systems utilizing 138kV, 25kV, 13.8kV, 6.9kV, 2.3kV and DC systems rated at 750 VDC and 250 VDC.
iAnalyze equipment needs and ensure equipment reliability.
iAssist with planning and managing outages and interfacing with operating and maintenance departments during outages. This includes coordinating work with contractors.

The facility produces graphic labels and boxes that used to package popular food beverages such as Sunny Delight, Capri Sun, Pepsi, etc. Responsibilities will include management of maintenance and engineering employees, developing and managing six-sigma/process improvement projects, facility management, installation of new equipment, root cause analysis of any issues, development of maintenance plans, long range capital project planning and management, and materials management.
