42g protein, 0g fat, 0g sugar, and lactose, gluten, and caffeine free.

Other Ingredients:
WATER, COMPLETE PROTEIN MATRIX (IDS PROPRIETARY BLEND OF COLLAGEN PROTEIN ISOLATE, WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, CASEIN PROTEIN ISOLATE), PHOSPHORIC ACID, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, SUCRALOSE, SODIUM HEXAMETAPHOSPHATE, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, SODIUM BENZOATE, POTASSIUM SORBATE, RED 40, CALCIUM DISODIUM SALT.

I Need A Quick Fix For Some More Protein Brehs, What Ya'll Think Of These. Not Tryna Do Shakes, Dont Wanna Eat Any Bars. These Things Ok?

LOL honestly i dont know enough info to school you. i just know sucralose is a type of articial sweetener, which is basically sugar substitute. thats why it can be argued that diet soda is worse than regular soda. and i believe phosphoric acid is in soda too. im not 100% sure so dont quote me on that

And another thing, basically what i learned is if you can barely pronounce it and never heard of it....avoid it. esp ingrdients like "red 40" or anything with a color. "blue" "yellow" etc is no bueno

just eat more chicken beef or egg whites...honestly bro just get syntha 6 vanilla ice cream flavor from Amazon. I just take one scoop with water a day with my breakfast only because i don't want to have to add 7 egg whites every morning to my normal whole eggs breakfast. Its just cheaper and more convenient to get those 25g of needed protien with a scoop but the majority of my protein comes from actual real foods
