Why don't they matter?

Old school can't tell New school shyt?

:aicmon:
They don't matter because a dude that put in no work for the cause should not speak on it...and MORE SO..there are so many more words that I would snap on somebody calling me than nikka...****** for one..or bytch, faq, p*ssy, Failure, Idiot...so on and so on...We took a derogatory word and made it useless and people are still acting like it is hurting us to have a word lol...end rant...

So you're claiming that Lionel put no work in for the cause?

Alright, I'm not even gonna research Lionel's humanitarian or civil rights history.

But I do know for a fact that Harry Belafonte DOES have a history of fighting for progressive change, Civil Rights and Humanitarian causes.
If you were to find out that he had a problem with Kanye West spewing the N-word around, would you say that his views don't matter?

Come on, man

he's a motown icon

one of the greatest songwriters of all time; co wrote "we are the world" with michael jackson! :mindblown:

More black celebrities saying things to appease white people, nothing new here.

now this is just straight up ignorant when in reality the more we as black people use the word "nikka", the more we're only hurtin' ourselves and allowin' others to continue to chime and use the word along with us, which is just c00nery buffoonery

if lionel was tryin' to "appease white people" then i think he would'v been like "i see no problem with usin' the word nikka, everybody should use it"

but he didn't, he said he didn't think it was ok for a black man to use the "n word"

he's sayin' it's not ok and yet he's appeasin' to white people? (where in the fukk is the logic in that?!:mindblown:) come on now, dogg :stopitslime:
