You know this some damn ducktales. For a 5 year contract, that's 1.5 million dollars. Which is what Ryback was claiming he was offered before he left. You know damn well they ain't paying Lio Rush that much a year, much less the life of a contract.
EVERYONE is getting deals in this range.

I think we have a ton of delusional fukks in here acting like people making nothing, If you are on the main roster, its $300,000 a year +

If Lio is already complaining about being broke right now, there is no way dude would survive once they convert his contract over. WWE pays for NXT talents travel & once they get called up they still do it for a while until they get used to the increased travel before converting the contract over & the talent takes over those costs.

Also :mjlol: at people thinking that dude was offered $300k spread over 5 years. $60k a year is what most development deals are for when they first sign unless they coming in with a name & can get more.

Ryback was $1.5mm over three years, plus this was before the massive fox and USA deals.

Exactly. This isn’t a frat house. It’s a job. What other job has this sort of toxic work environment?

Every major team sport in America?:yeshrug:

Like I said, I generally can't stand WWE's :mjpls:mentality, but in this instance, I don't see any difference between what Lio's being asked to do and what HHH had to do for Hall & Nash and them back in the day

Or what I've heard about NFL/NBA rookies having to do for veterans (i.e. carry bags, bring breakfast for vets)

My mistake. But it still somewhat reinforces what I’m saying. Ryback was a mid to top name talent that probably would have been in title contention had he resigned and he was only making 500K a year. I just find it hard to believe that a non wrestling talent would make close to that money
