30D is a "sister size" to 32C
For example, I know with VS swimwear that is sized like bras, I need to go to a 34B because for some reason the 32C is too small.

I was fitted by a pro before.
It was crazy because I was wearing the wrong size (most women are). I went to the store because I'd been wearing size 32A and I would notice after a while the bras would stretch out, so the strap and waistband would be too big, but like only half of my breasts were covered. The sales girl gave me a bunch of bras, and I remember when I saw that she gave me a32C I was like,
" This isn't going to fit." I put it on and it fit like a glove.Anyways. I was so intrigued afterwards, that I went and looked up bra sizing, and how to tell if you're wearing the wrong size.
I check my size every so often to see if I've changed. (When I gain weight it doesn't really go to my upper body, so to haven't changed sizes.)

This is what I can tell you about sizing
If the back stap is high on your back/NOT below your should blades The band is too big
If the strap is too tight on your back/causes back rolls The band is too small
If there's wrinkling in the cups. The cup size is too big
If there's double boob and/or side boob. The cup is too small.
If the piece in between the cups doesn't touch your skin the cups are too small
If the straps are too loose or too tight (digging in your skin) you're not wearing the size
If the wires both you & your not overly busty, try a demi bra. The wires are shorter.

Found out recently I'm smaller than what I was wearing. Thought I was a 38C and I'm a 36C. The difference is amazing.
