pretty amusing but what is more important...
Making sure corrupt, racist, grifting, a$$holes who kill many innocent people don’t get into power? Not saying Trump isn’t that, but those Lincoln Project aren’t far off.

FairPlay to them for conning the MSNBC and “return to normalcy” crowd tho.

They run effective ads. We need them to keep doing it.

People still caring about old politics when we have a fukking pandemic going on and the guy in charge right now is worse than useless, but is actively trying to make it worse.

I don't disagree with the sentiment but this is some shyt like arranging lawn furniture while the house is on fire. Let them do their thing, for now and worry about all this shyt after Trump is out of office.

I have the same smoke for these Bernie fans who are still acting like we are living in a precovid world and don't have an immediate literal life or death situation at our door. It's annoyingly tone deaf.

It's about to be a cold ass fall and winter with this government about to send kids back to school and these fools are worried about Bush and Rick Wilson. Man get the fukk out of here...

Learn when and what battles are best to fight. Just dumb.

Everyone agrees on this. But to disregard politics of the 2000 or 2010s means you'll be surprised when these same people revert to that.

Above all, in foreign policy, we don't want these fukking Republicans running shid under a Biden administration. But unfortunately, we're getting a lot of the people in Obama world who pushed disaster in Libya and the like.

I'm thinking about post election. How does Biden govern. Is he bending over backwards to these GOP folk just cause they're NeverTrump?

Pretty sure Biden is running against Trump but very melodramatic....

I'm not being hyperbolic when I say this but I legit worry there may not be a country to govern when this is all over. I agree 100 percent with what you're saying and I worry about Biden's constant love of trying to appeal to Republicans and also know these dudes aren't good people. But, right now I don't think we've seen the worst of this shyt. Once people start getting reinfected at crazy rates when schools open up, they are going to close down. This cascades to Universities and other schools worrying about whether they can actually stay open for good. I can legit see some schools if this is prolonged having to close their doors for good. This will be devastating. This is one industry, other industries will be affected. We already have millions unemployed and honestly, we haven't seen the worst of that regardless of the virus because economic consequences tend to lag behind to cause. We are going to see unprecedented business closures happen in the future and unemployment is going to increase. I've already accepted a great depression is on the horizon, if not worse than 1929.

American society is so broken and fractured and dysfunctional that it will not survive this. A great majority of it is due to the failure of leadership at the top. People like DeSantis and other governors who are acting stupid feel empowered to do so due to taking the lead from our current administration. Even if the power doesn't explicitly rest with the President, he has a lot of political clout and as a result his nut huggers will do everything to mimic what he does because they believe that is what conservatives want.

I say all this because, I'll be honest, had it not been for this situation I would be on board with putting more focus on all these issues. But right now, the best medicine for this country is to get rid of Trump. His leadership and the emboldening of ignorance is the root cause of a lot of the issues we face. He doesn't wear a face masks, undermines leaders trying to do the right thing, and downplays the pandemic and as a result, governors who are republicans follow his lead and his followers will swallow any shyt he puts out there.

The best antidote for this issue is getting rid of Trump. Any means necessary. Normal political debate to me seems like a luxury given the immediate seriousness of the issues currently going on. Trump got to go. Number 1 priority.

Exactly. These people will want favors and Biden believes he can compromise with these people.
