Lil' Wayne was a no-show at his scheduled trial date Monday, and the judge presiding over the rapper's lawsuit against Quincy Jones III is far from impressed.

Weezy apparently suffered "several seizure-like episodes" and will sit the trial out, meaning the jury will only have his video deposition to go on. Yes, this deposition:

Wayne is suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary he filmed about the Young Money founder that he calls a "scandalous portrayal." But he won't show up in person.

LW did not appear today, however, due to a "medical emergency" on Thursday on board a private jet. The pilot said he had seizures and was hospitalized.

The judge chastised Wayne for displaying "unreasonable conduct in the deposition" and "irresponsible behavior" for not bothering to show up in court.

His lawyer will play his deposition for the jury, but the virile, tattooed hit-maker won't be there.

The Lil Wayne deposition video, of course, shows him giving smart-ass, nonsensical non-answers to the opposing counsel's questions and acting like a total jackass.

Hilarious to celebrity gossip fans, yes. Effective testimony in a lawsuit? Mmmnot so much.

As dumb as people are saying Lil Wayne is for this, if more people would be like this through the legal process we'd have a better country. Instead of dumb people admitting to crimes they aren't even being asked about

I told you stupid fukks this when the youtube video first dropped...he hurt HIMSELF by acting like a jackass considering HE brought the lawsuit.

He might as well dismiss the fukkin' suit altogether....all he's doin' now is wastin' money on attorney fees.

:snoop:

You don't get deposed in a criminal case, homie....only in a civil case. So nobody will ever even be in the position your attempting to describe.

Sheesh...

1. You do know this may not turn out well for Wayne
2. Wayne brought forth the lawsuit.
3. This is a civil trial.

Yes to all 3,

But for a judicial system that thrives off institutionalizing people.. this should be a uniform approach toward going about these processes

Filing a suit and then not cooperating, thus increasing your chances of losing the case you filed should be a uniform approach? :beli:

I just mean that if everybody would be like Lil Wayne it'd be harder for this corrupt system to fukk with everyone they wish to, it would require more resources

I registered just so I could comment on this stupidity...
As someone who has actually been arrested on felony charges and questioned on felony charges with no lawyer present I can tell you that even doing this in any situation while you are in custody is stupid and could only hurt you.

The wise thing to do when questioned and in custody is to observe your RIGHT to remain SILENT, not this dumb shyt you see Dwayne Carter doing...

Now let's point out the obvious, this is a CIVIL SUIT and Wayne's statement was supposed to BACK UP Wayne's claim that QD3 didn't have authorization to put out this movie and present the footage the way that QD3 wanted to.

Wayne has RUINED/DESTROYED the case with the words that came out of his own mouth. Wayne said "I don't remember/I don't recall" to a whole host of questions that were factual events in time "Wayne going to Rikers for example"

All QD3's lawyer has to do is say "My client got authorization from Lil Wayne to make this movie. When we asked Wayne about 10 things that happened during the past few years of Wayne's life (important events) he could not remember them happening per his sworn in deposition statement, so it's more than like he granted my client authorization and Wayne doesn't remember much like he doesn't remember his gun charge arrest in NY and subsequent visit to Riker's Island"

So for all of you giving Wayne daps for his "I don't give a fukkness in the video" just understand that he's not on his GROWN MAN, because he destroyed his own case.
