If you take this literal yea it's whatever but this is really genius writing imo. He basically describing his cycle of drug use and how it doesn't end...even if it was to somehow end "if i should ever fall" he would just fall into more drugs "the ground will then turn to wine"...he's basically clinging on to different highs at all times...this record is great to me cause its so genuine
