All those rappers i named can be argued to be better than Wayne either technically or album wise, Wayne doesn’t have a Supreme Clientele in his discography he doesn’t have a Black on Both Sides or Infamous. He’s a good rapper that had a great commercial run but rapping wise he isn’t anywhere close to GOAT, Jay and Nas been rapping before he even found his form and they still dropping great albums, i even left out a rapper like AZ who Wayne couldn’t outrap in his wildest dreams.

Kool G rap had no charisma and Rass Kass could barely stay on beat. Stop it Fam. And I love Cam, but his abc flow worked for his outlandish lines, but if we're just talking rapping on a deeper level then no he wasn't that good.

Wayne might not have albums like that, but they couldn't dream of creating mixtapes like Da Drought 3, Dedication 2, No Ceilings, Dedication 6 etc.
