Wayne ain't better than 2Pac.
Lot of people lost respect for Wayne when he said that he is "this generations' 2pac".

but i give him props for making some classic songs.
he took mixtape game to the next level. i remember dude was dropping mixtapes every week or something.

let's hope this dude safe and healthy.
dude is still missing his paychecks from birdman and whoever runs this hip hop world.

yeah but white people and probably wayne or his own record company will buy lot of those albums just to make the numbers seem nice. it's a dirty music industry, breh

these rappers are practicality bought out for nothing..

master p and tech n9ne did the right thing by starting their own companies

His run from 03-07 was just :wow:

Drought 1/2/3
Carter 1( nikka body bagged bm jr)
Carter 2
Like father like son
The prefix
The suffix
I can’t feel my face ( Wayne was so dope he forced me to listen to bum ass juelz)

And all of the guest verses now post 08 I don’t know what the fukk happened his voice changed his flow changed and he stopped actually rapping verses and just started dropping weak punchlines but the work he put in will never be forgotten top 10 all time:lawd:

i remember all the cats in my class bringing hotboys albums into school and flipping through the booklets during lunch.

this was like 98/99

tail end of the 90s but he still had that wave even way back then...... We used to actually debate who was better Wayne or Turk

smh....

im from the west, i was in my late teens at this point and there was no argument around here, Juvie was the star and there was never any discussion about it. thats just my point of view tho

Greatest in my opinion

He found his lane and opened it so that even the imitators could eat

Drake flow was heavily influenced by Wayne

Many rappers were scared of the youngins ability to do hooks, lyrical spiritual miracle rap, sang and make hits...no batteries needed.

He took the entire label on his back with help from A listers in all genres

He rejuvenated careers and helped alot of underground artists

His flow is only challenged by Busta or Mos Def

He was a rock star and a mixtape legend

He went platinum in the 90s, 2000s amd 2010s :wow:

He has broken and set Billboard records for days :damn:

He still headlining major shows and festivals in 2017 along with the newest hot young rappers lile Migos, Kendrick and Travis Scott (50 Cent and TI cant do that) :whoo:

And he hasnt been able to release music/tour since 2014 :damn:

Karen Civil said he should be able to make moves in 2018.

I am praying for you Weezy:mjcry:

You were prolific in your misuse of the word "transcended" :wow:

That was definitely it initially...but somewhere down the line, after Juvie dropped that follow up brick...Wayne became a fan favorite. I remember a Source article saying he was getting the biggest reactions on tour.
