A world where the industry doesn’t collude to treat Kendrick like Christ on earth because of whatever it is exactly they’re punishing Drake for. Kendrick is a great act, but not so incredible that it necessitates he performs at the Super Bowl halftime for the 2nd time in 3 years… whole thing was contrived so he could perform NLU as a “gotcha” moment…the superbowl halftime show is historically for legacy acts doing their greatest hits, Kendrick doing a bunch of month old songs the casual audience has never heard before is the aberration, not the norm
The Super Bowl was specifically about the New Orleans location...not an issue with the NFL...

I doubt the superbowl gets turned into the VMAs back in the day, where labels are just paying to have their artists premier new songs as part of their album rollout …I’d bet money it’ll go right back to the “old days” next year and it’s somebody like Outkast, Taylor Swift, or Jay Z himself doing a greatest hits medley

Thats wrong...also nobody said people were supposed to perform their 10 yo hit songs...thats why kendrick is being praised for his show, on top of being great, he rewrote the rule. Kendrick is that impressive that he doesn't have to follow any rule.
And nobody is using or pushing an artist to punish Drake
