I'm a fan of alternative music and you could always hear that influence in Uzi's voice so I'm not mad at the song with Bring Me The Horizon or Snow Strippers.

Nobody needed a Chop Suey remake.

Uzi does have the ability to cohesively put a song together better than a few of his contemporaries. At least when he wants to.

I definitely see myself coming back to this but I can also see how decisive this will be amongst his fanbase.

There‘s some fire shyt on here but also some of the worst things I‘ve ever heard on a major release by a rap artist

I‘m fine with rappers wanting to incorporate rock sounds but why is it always the most generic sounding, stale crossover shyt that hasn‘t sounded dope in 20 years. Like, there‘s enough cool, interesting rock bands out there, gtfo with this Nu Metal shyt

This is where I am with it. I'm fine with rap/rock elements mixing but I hate when it's derivative and basic

The best blending of rap and rock was from 2016-18. XO Tour Life is a better attempt at being a rock song than the shyt on this album is with the surface level cover song attempts. The shyt Uzi, XXX, Lil Peep, Trippie Redd was doing in this era was a much better version of rap rock than what this album is trying to do

I'm also starting to think that Playboi Carti ruined Uzi. WLR does a lot of the rock elements while remaining a hip hop album much like how Uzi did during the 2016-18 era. WLR surpassed Uzi's peak style and now Uzi's almost playing catch-up, even to the point of imitating Carti's flow a few times
