They do. YouTube does but SoundCloud doesn't. Atlantic was mad that he put xo tour life of SC first. I like drake but it was no secret he put hotling bling as the last song on views because of the new album sale system. Hotling bling gave him around 500k sales due to the fact it had a billion plays on YouTube. That's how he sold "1.2m copies" first week instead of his usual 750k

Drake did 1.04M without Hotline Bling. HLB sales were not added to the first week bruh. They do count for overall certifications, though.
