All of the above but especially Lean. Itās way too addictive and good plus it kills your insides. I remember I drunk it for two days straight and the effects were already being felt physically. Itās not just rappers. I lost three people in their 40s in the last couple of years from cardiac arrest. Cardiovascular health issues are very rampant in the community and we need to be talked about more.
Yup! Iām 38 and Iāve significantly cut back on drinking, eating out, processed foods and red meat. I do a lot of fasting and running which has done wonders for my mental and physical health.
