Durk prob influenced him he been a street favorite for years now for the youth

But I disagree that he sounds like Durk. How can you hear him and think he uses the same ad libs (TJay isn’t a big ad libber, he mostly mmm’s or nana’s behind his vocals), they both melodic but depending on the era of Durk he drowns himself in auto tune way more.

I think TJay got his own unique voice, song structure, and way he enunciates the comparisons he gets is unfair. He mostly gets compared to Boogie. Boogie kinda subbed him and his clones on 4 Min Convo and TJay even addressed it on this album.
