For y’all that listened to the entire thing, how many songs does he have either not using autotune or not using that soft weak harmonizing rap?


It's crazy to me that this somber, mid tempo, cheap ass production sound has become the most popular sound in hip hop

Boring melodies, zero production texture, albums that just drone on and on with little to no dynamic shifts.

I ain't even one of these old ass "real hip hop" heads, as there is modern shyt I fukk with like Lil Baby, Uzi and some of the NY Drill shyt but man Durk, Polo G, Rod Wave....this is like the hip hop version of easy listening music

Pretty much agree here, but minus Uzi and somewhat Lil Baby, all those names you listed very well do make that same type of music. A lot of tracks that just run together and by the time you finish with the album, you don’t even remember what you listened to cause it wasn’t memorable at all.

Still can’t do that voice, auto tune or whatever it is. What he does on ahhh ha is what he should stick with. That is the best song but Broadway girls is the next best song
