This is heat, short, sweet and to the point. Tracks 10-14 are the sing song shyt I hate that Durk be doing, didn't listen to the country song with the redneck racist.

Pissed Me off is a great way to end that album

This one grew on me might be my favorite project by him, he wasn’t lying, got personal on this joint
“Water bill was high as hell, I went next door to fill the jug
Laundromat was packed, I had to grab the soap and fill a tub”
:wow:

Weak ass production. He should be working with more developed producers at this point. Production is not where you cut cost.
Meh

who do you want him to work with?

I dont mind sticking to the formula

dudes like fivio and aboogie try to go pop and fukk themselves over

It's crazy to me that this somber, mid tempo, cheap ass production sound has become the most popular sound in hip hop

Boring melodies, zero production texture, albums that just drone on and on with little to no dynamic shifts.

I ain't even one of these old ass "real hip hop" heads, as there is modern shyt I fukk with like Lil Baby, Uzi and some of the NY Drill shyt but man Durk, Polo G, Rod Wave....this is like the hip hop version of easy listening music
meh i disagree

personally, i grew up listening to mobb deep, wu tang, three six mafia more than anyone. you could argue their sound was similar

raw, dark, minimalist etc.

nothing boring about it. in fact, its music that can energize you and really helps you focus if you could believe it. called drill for a reason

my fave after voice of the heroes

to be honest if durk left the singing bullshyt aside he'd have a classic or two aleady

Man he really do some classics. This prolly is his overall best body of work. The reloaded version tho :blessed:
