Ya. The thing is no one NEEDS promethazine and codeine. Other less notorious drugs do what its prescribed to do better and without the bad press and reputation.

Percocet shouldn’t be an issue as long as you’re not coming from out of town to fill it or something. But as a pharmacist, it’s easy to see who in the community is filling certain things and for what reason based on habits and other tells. It is what it is, because when the DEA starts doing their thing no one wants their license to be in the crossfire

Here’s another pearl for yall. Opioids cause gastric paralysis which will manifest as constipation. Most people in the hospital actually are put on laxative regimens to try and get around that pretty serious side effect. So walking around sipping lean or popping opioids constantly will have you LITERALLY full of shyt. Long term you can actually have some serious complications like dead bowel etc…which isn’t fun. Not to mention if you miss your fix, have fun sharting yourself into orbit while withdrawing

It's hard for me to tell these days breh. Was visiting an acquaintance and he was telling me how he was feeling, I told him that shyt sounds like withdrawal and I could see the light go on in his head.........followed by......you know what......it has been a couple of days since I smoked........couldn't do nothing but give a hard sigh.......I can see bow more than ever how a first time user can hit some flower and brain goes to mush.......them carts are a whole different beast......spackles waxes butters dabs and all that other stuff that's the same with a different t name may as well be crack.........people with their egos and misinformation don't know what they getting into

I tried to be........sympathetic to the plight of an opioid junkie and I just can't. I have been prescribed high dose opioids numerous times for surgeries and injuries and I don't see what the deal is. I couldn't wait to stop taking them shyts because all they did was make me nauseous and sleepy. It's like smoking cigarettes to me, ain't no fukking way anybody......nobody.......no how no way tasted a cigarette for the first time and was like......yeah......this it right here.....for life. They had to force themselves to do for whatever reason until it was a habit and now they stank all the time
