All of that talk about Boosie possibly loosing his leg did not come out of thin air. His team didnt leak it but the Hospital did so it was discussed and could still be a possibility even though hes discharged.
Hospitals tell employees all the time about looking up peoples records they know or when celebrities are hospitalized at their facility. You can get fired on the spot for that but its not always the case if you do not know how it works.
Rather someone like boosie was in ICU or a stepdown unit like PCU, the nurses and doctors will access the records as well ancillary depts like pharmacy, respiratory, & lab.. In a major hospital, that's over 50+ people who have access to a celebrity complete medical record, doctors notes, etc..
So its easy for that stuff to get leaked to the media and places like TMZ has people at a lot of facilities and has a hotline you can call in with info and get paid if it turns out that its true.
Even when Trump was at Walter Reed, there were leaks because every dept involved with treatment of the patient can leak info out to anyone they please and you wont really know because if I'm in respiratory for an example, i have a legal right to access the record.
