Why y’all think boosie never been to NYC before????

This nikka been in the rap game 20 plus years

Boosie is doing what he always does when he’s doing shows in a city, he hypes that city up to get people interested in coming to his shows.

it doesn’t matter where he is, he does whether it’s Jacksonville or LA.

This dude is talking about sunny days like it’s a Sesame Street episode. We don’t give a fuk - it’s called having seasons. We have the ability to adapt and adjust to whatever situation. Y’all have all types of wild fires bc there’s not enough rain, earthquakes, water restrictions, and one catastrophic environmental level event away from being in the Pacific Ocean .. But okkkk, at least it’s sunny

You gotta love people who stay in Manhattan and swear they know the whole NYC

:mjlol:

Manhattan is not outdated. There’s literally a new skyscraper popping up each day

:russ:

your opinion is worthless lol.

As oppose to world class boroughs like Brooklyn, queens and Bronx:mjlol:

Maybe I should have ventured up north to great cities like Buffalo and syracuse:pachaha:and explore the redneckness and sheer poverty:banderas:

Honestly I'm not that impressed by NYC and I have been before
Chicago, Tokyo,Seoul and singapore have better/more aesthetically pleasing downtowns imo.
NYC is just one giant skycrapper jungle with mostly crumbling or outdated infrastructure
Haven't said that, Times square is still one of the most beautiful sights in the world

Singapore is way up there on GOAT city in the world list.

It’s definitely the best city I’ve ever been to.

Still haven’t had the chance to explore Tokyo though.

I’m sure that’s just as dope.

:mjlol: They stay having NYC hate in they mouths. I've been to LA, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, and Chicago, London, Zurich. Ain't nowhere like NYC. Some of y'all need to go out of your caves, and travel.

Give me LA over NYC any day.

Better weather, better food, better music scene, better looking women, cooler people.

I talk a lot of shyt, but I do get a still get a sense of awe when I go to NYC.

Plus, despite the rep New Yorkers have, I've never gotten nothing but love from New Yorkers when I visit.

It's the ones that go out of town and overcompensate that gives New Yorkers the bad rep.

I will say that it's a fact that Noble Drew Ali (Norfolk) and Clarence 13X/Father Allah (Danville) are both from VA.

Two of the most influential men in black NYC culture.

We're all kin and we've always exchanged culture and knowledge.

Peace.

Dude from Baton Rouge lol, of course he's awed by NY...

That said, NY is a cool place, I'd live in Queens under the right circumstances, years ago I had several NY homies (from different boroughs) say I had the aura/demeanor of a Queens dude...

It ain't the real GOAT city but it's one of em lol...

I’ve been told this too by one of my best friends who used to go to SJU for 4-5 years. Some of my most favorite Hip Hop acts are Queens natives such as Nas, Lloyd Banks, Mobb Deep, Children of the Night/World’s Fair, Run DMC, LL Cool J, Onyx, and my most favorite Hip Hop group of all time, A Tribe Called Quest.

See I was never huge into Queens hip hop specifically. Some of these guys I did appreciate, but was never a hardcore fan of anyone from NY besides Mase (as a young teenager) and Hov. Always been a fan of Nas and LL but not super fan...

I don't really know what it is about my demeanor or style, but I've been told that by Queens, Brooklyn, and Bronx people...

Reminds me of New Yorkers reaction when they move out and find an apartment that has a bathroom and a woman who doesn’t chew gravel :wow:

Nah NYC the goat. LA be feeling dead as fukk without a connect out there. I've stumbled into shyt in NYC. LA also too spraw-y, nikka be like "Oh shyt, I got something on the floor in El Segundo...and I'm like nikka I'm in fukkin' Silver Lake that's like a $200 uber at 5 pm"

:damn:
I feel you but that's on you. If you couldn't find shyt to get into in LA I dont know what to tell you. One of reasons I moved from there was because I was into too much shyt. Every one has their own experience though. I ain't here to change nobody's mind.
