I only know the Broccoli song but according to wikipedia he did 50k first week.
How the hell is that a flop for a wack ass teenage rapper's debut album? Were people expecting him to do :dahell:.
Compared to his contemporaries (Kodak, 21 Savage) he flopped. Kodak did 71k while in jail, 21 Savage did 77k. They did 25k+ what he did. We'll see Uzi's numbers next week.

Perhaps, I didn't know they were his competitions though, young street dudes vs a goofy geek.
I had Uzi and him in the same boat except for the fact that Uzi seems to make music for wider audience (e.g.they play his shyt in the club). While Yachty seems like it's for late teen hipsters exclusively.

But like I've said before, major singles have major impact on album sales in 2017.
Unless I missed something, his big singles are not his own songs. Cause minus streaming he did same as 21 Savage och more than Kodak.
Imo what's more impressive is that Kodak Black's sales can double a dope, unique and versatile artist like Young Thug, without even having a personality.

I might just be out of the loop on this, I wasn't expecting him to do more than say a Young Thug or Rae Sremmurd. I also wouldn't expect Kodak to double their sales. Imo Kodak is over-performing, not the others underperforming. But then again, Logic sold more than Kodak, Savage, Yachty and Young Thug combined.
