Lil Baby was the best rapper of 2021. Lets not fool ourselves.

That nikka got a whole album with Lil Baby. Baby was rapping circles around that nikka....stop it
Let’s be real here, there’s barely any different between Durk and Baby. I don’t know why people pretend like there’s some massive gap between both artists when they’re both fairly generic dudes that use autotune/voice distortion. You’d think it would be like comparing Nas and Yungeen Ace.

Negative, Durk's emotion on record is untouched

Peep the emotion in this track, bro painting the Chicago streets in the lyrics, and the beat feels like a Windy City night

The album literally just proved the difference between Durk and Baby. Durk's strength is his believability. But from a pure lyrical/flow standpoint Baby outshined Durk all over that album.

The difference is in the energy. Lil Baby oozes positivity while Durk got dem demons in his soul.

You just proved my point (though you think a lot higher of him than I do). There’s hardly any difference skill wise between the two and people need to stop acting like it’s a huge gap.

Again, you’re somebody that thinks a lot higher about them than I do. I listened to all 18 tracks and despite me wanting to tap out after song 6 due to redundancy, Lil Baby did not do a carry job on that album like people have been claiming. They could’ve said each other’s verses and there would not have been much of a difference.
