What public school district is she in? What are the schools rated by the state? There are plenty of private schools that are trash, don't let the hype fool you. They just there because white people want to get away from the others. Take that from someone who went to both growing up. I could have sent my kids to private school in the city but I moved specifically to send my kids to certain public schools.

Furthermore usually school tuition is included in the child support agreement if the mom pushes for it. So is she getting enough money for it but spending it elsewhere or was that never included at all? I hate when people pocket watch. You got the agreed upon money, make it work.
