Can’t blame baby people smoke weed openly in France and often the police just throws it away if they catch you. So his French guys probably had him fooled. But if you are riding in expensive whips, and you’re an American and black and it’s not just a few joints but almost an ounce they will charge you. You’ll pay a fine.
