If you're gonna compare him to Wilder or Fury, also include in there that Joshua has easily the worst resume of the 3.

He hasn't faced a B-Level Heavyweight yet...Martin was a bum who got lucky. One of the worst "legit" Champions I have ever witnessed in Boxing history

Compare a guy who hasn't even been fighting 3 full years to guys who have been fighting for about 8 years.
3 years into Wilder's career he was still fighting club fighters, part-timers and palookas...shyt he is still fighting dudes who have full-time jobs while he is a world champ.
And Fury didn't step up his own comp until deep into his 3rd year when he fought Chisora.
Neither guy was fighting top competition at the same point in their careers as Joshua is.

Which is my point...criticizing Joshua's level of comp compared to Fury and Wilder makes no sense considering that neither Fury or Wilder was fighting anyone worth a damn at the same point in their careers either.

Joshua has only had 16 fights, but being talked about as if he's already arrived, and in the same breath as Fury and Wilder, when Joshua has beaten absolutely no one. How can you mention him with them? How Sway?

Well you sorta have to mention him with them now since he has one of the recognized world titles but you are right...UK boxing folks were hyping Joshua up from the second he turned pro. But they tend to overhype all of their homemade fighters.

Was fukking around and got sick after my first night out in the UK
Ain't think I was gonna make it and was planning to put my ticket up for sale
But decided to go the last minute and in time for the Selby v Hunter fight

Arena was already packed but crowd wasn't turnt until the last round of the Selby fight
Benn and the Groves fights were duds but gave me time to walk around, the women were

Streets couldn't get me a TV ticket or backstage but got me a floor seat right next to the SKY camera, Haye and Harrison

Never seen so much beer consumption at any other event I attended
Floor went from dry to covered in beer and I surfed back to my seat
Besides me, an older couple and a few other brehs, my section was drunk and loud, but no scrapping

Dapped up Briggs while he was stalking Haye and met a pop girl who was extremely nice
The UK brothers fukk with Joshua and when he came out to "Mo Money Mo Problems" it had even me cheering

When my nikka came out I thot he was wit Future but it was a bootleg
Couple that with me being sick and my nikka's performance and I was

Only got to go out once and had fun but overall my trip wasn't great

Did get put on to some interesting info while I was out there tho

I am pissed at Showtime though, I knew I wasn't going to be able to watch it so I DVR'd it and went to play it and got the movie The Talented Mr. Ripley.
Wasn't sure I was going to be able to watch the Showtime fight this weekend so I DVR'd it again. Turned out I was home and found the fight again when Showtime listed something else was playing. Would have missed the GRJ fight if I hadn't been looking around.

This fight was sick.

I think the crowd got a little intimidated when Charles first walked out and the bass dropped on that trap song or sum shyt. I got hype.

Joshua threw the same punch three times in a row and Martin didn't see not one of them (he actually admitted this himself in the post-fight interview).

Even though the fight lasted 2 rounds, I was/am satisfied.
