how do i drop body fat percentage?

just lose weight.....but doesn't that also lose muscle


Cut back on calories while keep your Protein high. Its really hard to do at a certain point unless your super strict about what you eat. For instance I've cut my calories back from 2300 a day at 166 to about 1800-1900 or lower on any given day. But I still like to eat what I like to eat, trying to get 166 grams a protein a day with a calorie limit of 1900 is a struggle for me because im not eating clean. Honestly I usually get about a quarter of what I need protein wise which again slows the process down even more as I'm not gaining as much muscle as i should and in turn not burning as much fat as I could be


Granted I'm making progress, but its super slow and I can see why alot of people wouldn't have the patience. It works for me though, I can eat what I want with some restrengthen and just keep going at my pace.

I'm not trying to get swole though. If you just want to lose Body fat and hold on to muscle cut your calories and make sure you keep your protein intake high.
