I think it's kinda odd to take someone who might have a leaning, implant someone into their environment who exploits and trains them into following that leaning, and then say you captured someone. I know it happens in all sorts of contexts but ehh it doesn't work for me

it's different if you're infiltrating someone who's already going to do something--eg the mafia, tagging along and then doing the arrest. Here it's like someone who maybe wouldn't do it
